Formed in spring 1998, the aim of the company is to enable businesses to meet business needs through technology. PPP Consulting helps business with the design, deployment and manageability of Microsoft Windows 2000 and BackOffice infrastructures. We strongly believe in leaving our customers with solutions that meet their needs and that they can manage.

At PPP Consulting we take a comprehensive view of system manageability. It is far more than just a set of products or tools. Systems should be viewed as being made up of People, Processes and Products.

Many projects including e-commerce related ones, are ambitious and innovative in their development and technology selection. But as they are often driven by business rather than the IS organisation, they can fail to apply lessons learnt from managing a more traditional, centralised environment. Manageability is a fundamental requirement of any system, in just the same way that business requirements are. With IT experience covering over 20 year we work with clients, those who have already deployed a solution and those about to do so. Ideally we would work with clients to understand the manageability issues early on in the lifecycle, and by designing-in manageability, the chances of success are greatly increased. More often we are called in after the deployment when the people-process-products triangle has broken.
