All orders are made subject to acceptance by you of the site's terms and conditions. Fulfilment of the order is subject to stock availability and acceptance of your order and PPP Consulting is under no obligation to fulfil your order. No amendments to these terms and conditions will be accepted by PPP Consulting.

Prices are in £sterling. Some prices are quoted with VAT inclusive, whilst others are quoted exclusive of VAT. Please look carefully. All prices are exclusive of delivery charges. A minimum non-refundable delivery charge of £3.25 (UK mainland) applies. An exact delivery change will be quoted when your order is accepted. Details of delivery charges elsewhere are available on request. Delivery of orders will be made to addresses in the UK only. All deliveries must be signed for. Where possible accepted orders will normally be delivered to you within 3 working days and you will be informed of any delays.

If your product develops a fault within 28 days of purchase, we will repair it, exchange it for equivalent product if available, or if you prefer, refund your money. Faulty games, discs, video tapes and software cannot be exchanged for a different title, a replacement of the original will be given unless unavailable when we may provide you with an alternative or with a refund This does not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse of the goods. You should keep your receipt.
